Too much welding wire fumes?

We were out in TG yesterday with Yamato, very nice long repair skilling run when this happened Think he inhaled too much ww fumes and ended up sounding like this:

What actually happened was after some power outage and power spike, our mate ended up sounding like robot (or well you be the judge how it sounds), and it was a blast to hear him talk like that in real time on TS

Thats exactly what i thought when we hear him first time after loging back At first was very creepy hahahaa.
